Atty. Steve Yuhico Dicdican is the General Manager and CEO of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with honors from Business Administration and Law. He worked as a financial and business consultant. While from his business and legal practice, he also managed a security agency, owned and operated a bar, taught law subjects at the University of Cebu, College of Law, and took a post-graduate course in Business Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific. An advocate for a balanced lifestyle, he is very active in sports and is even a licensed PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. His background of balancing work with play, business with recreation, conventional with youthful dynamism, makes him the consummate General Manager of the world’s first resort airport.
